Can You Spell S-U-R-V-I-V-O-R? Charge Up Campaign hosts adult celebrity spelling bee
As Charge Up Campaign prepares for its 4th Annual Pink Champagne Gala in June, the organization will host a variety of networking and fundraising events. One such event to be on the lookout for is Save the Bees – an adult, celebrity spelling featuring the Who’s Who of Atlanta.
Save the Bees will take place Thursday, April 26 and will be held at the Marke’ Event Venue located at 1210 Fowler Street Northwest. The winner of the spelling bee will be awarded ten percent of the proceeds to donate to a cancer support organization of their choice, trophy, admission to the Pink Champagne Gala and bragging rights for the year.
Charge Up Campaign is a Georgia state recognized 501(c)3 that supports and celebrates cancer survivors. The organization hosts Day of Celebration across the United States to provide makeovers and photoshoots for cancer survivors and caregivers. A highlight of its year is the Pink Champagne Gala which is held the first weekend in June in honor of National Cancer Survivors Day. The gala honors survivors, caregivers, medical practitioners and support organizations.
Tickets for Save the Bees are available via celebrityspellingbee.eventbrite.com.
